TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement To Terms

By accessing strovadigital.com or engaging Strova Digital for any services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or services.

Strova Digital is a registered DBA of Strova LLC — a Massachusetts Limited Liability Company based in Dudley Massachusetts.

2. Services

Strova Digital provides the following digital marketing services to local businesses:

- Professional website design and development

- Google Business Profile setup and management

- Local search engine optimization

- Social media management and content creation

- Review generation and reputation management

- Lead follow up automation

- Monthly performance reporting

Specific services provided to each client are outlined in a signed Letter of Agreement between Strova Digital and the client.

3. Payment Terms

Monthly Subscriptions: All services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payment is automatically processed on the same date each month using the payment method provided at signup.

Pricing:

Basic Plan — $149.00 per month

Growth Plan — $249.00 per month

Custom pricing available for enterprise clients

Failed Payments: If a payment fails Strova Digital will notify the client via email. Services may be paused if payment is not received within 7 days of the failed charge.

Price Changes: Strova Digital reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Existing clients will be grandfathered at their current rate for the duration of their active subscription.

4. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice sent to [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

Services will continue through the end of the current billing period

No partial refunds will be issued for unused days in the current billing period

All client owned assets including domain names social media accounts and website content will be returned to the client

Strova Digital will provide a transition summary of all active accounts

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Strova Digital does not offer refunds for monthly retainer payments already processed. If you believe a charge was made in error please contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete business information

Respond to content approval requests within 48 hours

Provide necessary access to social media accounts website and Google Business Profile

Notify Strova Digital of any changes to business information that may affect services

Not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or platform terms of service

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Client Owned Assets: All website content domain names social media accounts and business information remain the sole property of the client. Strova Digital does not claim ownership of any client assets.

Strova Digital Assets: All proprietary systems workflows templates and methodologies developed by Strova Digital remain the intellectual property of Strova Digital and Strova LLC.

Portfolio Rights: Strova Digital reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Content Approval

For social media management clients all content is submitted for client approval a minimum of 48 hours before scheduled publication. Strova Digital will not publish any content without explicit written approval from an authorized client representative.

9. Results Disclaimer

Strova Digital provides digital marketing services designed to improve online visibility and lead generation. However Strova Digital cannot guarantee specific results including but not limited to:

A specific number of leads or new clients

A specific search engine ranking position

A specific number of social media followers or engagement rate

A specific return on investment

Results vary based on industry competition market conditions client responsiveness and other factors outside Strova Digital's control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Strova Digital and Strova LLC shall not be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Strova Digital's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strova Digital and Strova LLC and their members employees and agents from any claims damages or expenses including reasonable attorney fees arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Third Party Services

Strova Digital uses third party platforms to deliver services including but not limited to GoHighLevel Google Stripe Canva and Meta platforms. Strova Digital is not responsible for the terms policies or actions of these third party providers.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the course of the service relationship. This includes but is not limited to login credentials business strategies pricing and client lists.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Worcester County Massachusetts under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Worcester County Massachusetts.

16. Changes To These Terms

Strova Digital reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email.
